Well made PCB for fine pithch IC

Here is a boards for Lithium cells charger. The MAX1898EUB41+ used to control charging process. This IC comes in small UMAX-10 package, with the pitch of pins just 0.5mm. While the width of each of pins is 0.27mm, the pin to pin distance is just 0.23mm. PCBWay produced flawless quality boards for such compact component. There is really nothing to complain about printed conductors, or solder mask quality. All done just very good. Small sized silk screen letters are clearly readable. The only my thanks', and my respect to PCBWay team !
