Two-tone Test Generator V1

Simple project for Amateur Radio testing. This is a 3" x 3" through-hole board with 3 ICs and lots of R and C, designed for easy hand-assembly. Finished boards look great and solder well. Now on to designing V2 with some circuit improvements.
