Bond Test Boards

Ordered some guinea pig boards to test the ENEPIG surface finish offered by PCBWay to test it's bond-ability with our wirebonder. The boards came back quickly, accurately, and bonded very well. Immediately did a more complex revision with more testability for my IC due to the success of the bonding.
