PIC microcontroller programming development kit. There were 11 plates, but 3 had a small problem as you can see in the photo, but they were functioning normally. Summary: Almost perfect.

It was just a board to test out a new power supply for a project. Works well, all the parts fit on properly. There was even some left over solder for me to make use of to place components with.
